K9 Natick & Josh
Natick is a Labrador Retriever with State and National certifications in airscent and human remains detection and is gaining experience in water and snow searching. Natick is a confident and enthusiastic search dog renowned for his ranging. Josh is a senior handler whose first search partner, a yellow lab named Edgar, was famous in King County for his ability to sniff out meals on the trail where more than one searcher lost his lunch to Edgar's prowess. Josh wears multiple hats in KCSD, including Vice President and unit Public Information Officer. Josh has also taught at several search dog workshops throughout the region.
