0900 start for planned evidence search near Carnation. OL: 1. Cadaver: 1, 2, 9, 13, 15, 22, 29. Support: 20, 21, 27. A partial cranium had been located by a resident and this mission was to look for additional remains. The search area was formerly undeveloped up until the past 15 years. Nothing was located during this search. (61.5 hrs)

Mukilteo, Snohomish Cty
1700 callout for missing female Alz patient in Mukilteo, Snohomish County. We responded with five airscent and one trailing team; 12 personnel total. The subject had walked away from her care-residence around 1500 hrs, stating that she was going home. The airscent teams worked areas in the vicinity of the residence. The trailing team was unable to establish a direction of travel. The subject was located around 0115 hrs approximately 3.5 miles north of the residence by a Mukilteo PD patrol officer. (87.5 hrs)

Mt. Si
0100 callout for lost male hiker on Mt. Si. We responded with one airscent team, 3 personnel total. The subject had been out for 36 hours, lost his way on the south slope of Mt.Si and was tired. The subject provided GPS coordinates that were quite accurate. Greg Varney and Jonathan Brown teamed up with an ESAR team and located the subject via voice and whistle checks. The subject was about 1/4 mile off the hairpin on the Little Si trail, about 300 feet above the trail in elevation. (15.5 hrs)

1230 and 1900 callouts to assist at Red Cross Shelter during major power outage. We responded with 6 personnel. We provided personnel to assist with potential senior care center resident transfers but were turned-around when the crises was averted. (16 hrs)

Mt. Peak
2130 callout for airscent teams to assist with army helicopter crash. On Mt. Peak. We responded with four airscent teams, 8 personnel total. An Army Helo crashed into the south side of Mount Peak. Our teams were kept out of the primary debris zone and assisted by searching the secondary areas. Our teams located nothing during this search. (55 hrs)

Jonestown, Snohomish Cty
0800 start for planned cadaver search somewhere in Snohomish County. We responded with six cadaver teams, 14 personnel total. The search was to locate disarticulated remains associated with a homicide. Stacie Chandler located an arm, while supporting a Snohomish County dog team. Skye and Kim Wieringa located the head, with Jonanthan Brown in support. (154 hrs)

1300 start for cadaver search as part of the continued helicopter crash effort on Mt. Peak. We responded with five cadaver teams, 11 personnel total. Our search area was closer to the primary debris field. Our teams located multiple remains that were flagged for the primary investigators. (66.5 hrs)
