2100 callout for a missing group of 5 female hikers (ages 27, 37, 38, 39, 60) on Tiger Mountain. We responded with one trailing and three airscent teams. The trailing team of Joanne Varney and Hylee started the trail at the subject's vehicle, which was surrounded by search base. She used a coffee cup that was placed in front of the right rear tire of the subject's vehicle. The trail lead from the vehicle, around the command van and up a short trail to a popular road. The airscent teams were dispatched to search further down this road while the trail was worked. The subjects were located by a 4x4 unit approximately 5 miles further down this road. While the subjects were being transported back, Joanne and Hylee were able to meet the 4x4 unit and Hylee identified which of the subjects had been drinking from that cup. (49 hrs)

2030 callout for a missing 7 yo male in an urban area. We were turned around when the subject was located by a family member. (0 hrs)

Mt. Si
0130 callout: for two missing 18 yo male hikers on Mt. Si trail. We responded with two airscent teams. The subjects were located 1.75 mi up the trail by an ESAR hasty team, just 5 minutes ahead of Josh Gerstman and Edgar. After giving the pair hot chocolate and a snack they were escorted down the trail by the ESAR team and the KCSD team. (26.5 hrs)
