1130 callout for cadaver dogs to assist SPD. BD: 32. Cadaver: 4, 16. A SPD officer noted a bad smell and requested cadaver dogs to assist in an urban area. The teams did not locate the source of the odor. (11.5 hs)

0700 start for planned cadaver search in Shelton, Mason Cty, for a 35 yo male missing since early June. BD: 2. Trailing: 2, 4. Cadaver: 9, 22, 23. Support: 6, 11, 27 32. The subject lived in a tent as had not been seen since early June. This was a follow-up search by the sherrif's office. Other teams found the subject's wallet and potential clothing, but no subject. The subject was described by neighbors as a drug user and loner. (106.5 hrs)

1730 callout for rescue of injured paraglider at Poo Poo Pt. OL: 29. Rescue: 6,22,24. Teams provided assistance. (13 hrs)

Hwy 410
0700 start for planned cadaver search along Hwy 410. BD: 1. Cadaver: 3, 9, 22, 25, 29. Support: 11, 27. We were assisting Pasco PD on a case where the victim was described as being placed into a suitcase and then dumped along the roadside. After scouting the area, the teams were assigned search areas. Stacie Burkardt, Sage and support person Kevin London located the remains in the heavy brush along at the bottom of a small hill. (61 hrs)
