1300 start for planned evidence search scouting mission. DC/C: 3. We provided a member to review the site conditions and advise KCSO if cadaver dogs would be of benefit. (3 hrs) The subsequent search was conducted by ground teams and they recovered the article desired.

0530 callout for missing 79 yo male walkaway. DS: 15. Airscent: 24, 27. The subject had been missing for as long as two days. Shortly after teams arrived and began to work, the subject was located, deceased, in a field not far from his residence. The clues that were found were in the general direction of travel; the conclusion was that he fit the classic Alzheimer's walk away profile. (21 hrs)

0700 start for planned cadaver search in Kent. DS: 3. Cadaver: 1, 4, 13, 16, 22, 23, 27. Support: 2, 10, 11, 14, 17, 20, 29. The teams were searching for additional clues or human bones on a scene where partial remains of three homicide victims were located. Dog teams 3, 13, and 16 identified areas where subsequent ground search dug bone remains out of the ground. Dog 2 and Dog 29 both located bones as well. (78.5 hrs)
