1700 callout for a missing 79 yo male from his residence in a suburban area. We responded with 3 trailing teams and 3 airscent teams as well as many support people. We deployed no teams to the field as the subject was located by others. (21 hrs)

We participated in a cadaver search for Redmond PD with 4 cadaver dogs on a search for a person missing since 1991. Nothing was located. (59.5 hrs)

Mill Creek
1530 callout to respond to an avalanche at 11,000 ft level near Disappointment Cleaver on Mt. Rainier. We responded with one team. The team was turned around at 2130 hours due to a change in search plans. (11 hrs)
June 19-20, 1998

Sea-Tac
We participated in an evidence search for Port of Seattle PD in an urban park. We responded with 2 cadaver dogs and support personnel. The case was to follow up on leads from a fifteen year old missing person case. The dogs did show areas of interest. The plan was for us to return at a future time after equipment removed the blackberries and underbrush. (52 hrs)

We participated in a continuation of the 6/20 Evidence search. Again, with two cadaver dogs, we searched areas previously cleared by the equipment. We located nothing. (52.5 hrs)

Mill Creek, Snohomish County
We participated in an evidence search for Redmond PD, following up to the 6/6/98 search, in a new suburban area. We had two cadaver dogs and 17 other members clearing brush and looking for clues. We found nothing relating to the evidence search. (156 hrs)
